LIFE AFTER LOSS tells the story of how people dealing with the loss of someone they love. Dealing with a significant loss can be one of the most difficult times in a person's life. Each one of us has an individual style of coping with painful times. When a loss occurs, most of us are unprepared for how to handle it, especially if we have never had to deal with it before. Even if we have, it is still traumatic each time. 
 
This documentary project will be shot, directed, and produced by first-time filmmaker Hermanto Djonny with the help of a team of aspiring filmmakers. This documentary will be a grassroots, independent, out-of-pocket, not-for-profit endeavour made possible by the gracious support of all those involved. All profits incurred from the distribution of this film will go to charities associated with bereavement support organisations - future details and links will be posted on this website.
 
The project is currently in the pre-production stage, but we have started filming some test shots. You can see this on the Sample Reel section. 
 
We are currently seeking individuals who would like to involve in this project. We welcome new contributors to take part in this documentary especially if you’ve recently lost your love one. Please register your interest to be included in this project by filling the form in the appropriate sections.
